Take Space to Grassroots

This project proposes to enhance the space education in the high schools in the Local Government Area such that there will exist a Space Club in those schools. Basic space education for the children is the backbone of the community and it will enhance the sustainable space development through participation at early life of the students.

Our projectmanager Kingsley Ukaegbu, whom we came into contact with via the IAF Emerging Space Leadership Grant Programme is leading the project Take Space to grassroots. He will equip the High school in Edemaya and the Secondary schools in Ibekwe in Ikot Abasi with scientific materials regarding space and initiate a workshop on space education and Space Club to all of them.
